LMT, CSSI, CPT
email: lew@nashvilleom.com
Originally from Charleston, SC, I moved to Nashville, TN, in 1997 to attend Belmont University, where I earned my BA in Music in 2001. My exploration of sound and healing soon led me to the world of massage and bodywork.
I began my journey at the Natural Health Institute (NHI) in 2003, where I studied massage, served as a resource coordinator, office administrator, and continuing education coordinator. After graduating from NHI in 2004, I became a licensed massage therapist (LMT) and began my practice at the NHI clinic. Over the next few years, I expanded my role at NHI by teaching massage curriculum and serving as the intern clinic co-director from 2007 to 2010. During this time, I also created the Sound Body Integration© class, blending my interests in sound, bodywork, and healing.
In 2010, I opened Nashville Orthopedic Massage, where I serve as owner, therapist, and educator. Over the past 20 years, I have continued to deepen my knowledge in a variety of modalities which allows me to provide a comprehensive and effective approach to manual therapy that meets the unique needs of each client.

I have a very clear 50/50 rule to my approach of bodywork. As your therapist, you hold me 50% accountable for providing you with the very highest quality of care and education. In turn, I hold you my client, 50% accountable for doing your suggested personal homework in between our sessions, to better further your therapeutic progression as well as empower you through education. The truth is you have a lot more time with “you” than I do!
When not working, I enjoy almost anything outdoors, arts, music, sports or science related. One of my favorite hobbies is playing and producing music with my friends. I am a natural percussionist and will gladly bang on any drum if given the opportunity. I look forward to meeting and working with you soon!

Sarah graduated from the Mind Body Institute in Nashville in 2011. Jenna Ivey, RN
Hello, I’m Jenna.
I am a registered nurse with 20 years of experience, and I am deeply grateful to have found a career as rewarding as nursing. I earned my Associate Degree in Nursing in 2006 and completed my Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2010 while working as a travel nurse.
Throughout my career, nursing has taken me to many cities, islands, and countries, allowing me to develop a diverse clinical background. My experience includes 14 years in emergency medicine, as well as in-patient and ICU care, rural health, and organ transplant services.
In 2020, I discovered my second passion in nursing, the first being emergency medicine, when I trained in ultrasound-guided IV placement. After waiting two years for the right opportunity, I joined the Vascular Access Team in 2022. I earned my board certification in vascular access in December 2024. I moved to Nashville 2023 when I accepted a position at Vanderbilt.
I also work closely with the education department at Vanderbilt, where I teach ultrasound-guided IV insertion to other clinicians.
In 2025, I became a contractor with Mobile IV Nurses, providing personalized IV infusion services to clients seeking to elevate their health through treatment or prevention. I offer a variety of infusion options tailored to individual goals, always with a focus on safety, comfort, and high-quality care.
I am passionate about caring for people to the best of my ability. I became a nurse because I genuinely enjoy helping others feel better, whether through human connection, skilled nursing care, or both.
Through my years in healthcare, I have seen how negative experiences, especially those involving needles, can cause people to avoid care altogether. My goal is to provide a positive, compassionate experience that meets you where you are and helps replace negative memories with more positive ones.
I live in East Nashville and enjoy spending my free time outdoors hiking, rock climbing, running, or simply soaking up the sunshine. I also love cooking, doing puzzles, reading, and spending time with my husband and our two dogs.
